At Amber Wings Apiary, we take great care in packaging our honey and beeswax products to ensure they arrive safely at your hive.

Order Processing Times

• Physical Products: All orders for physical goods (honey, candles, etc.) are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Digital Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are delivered via email immediately after your purchase is confirmed and do not require processing time.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 (after any discounts).

• Calculated Shipping: For orders under $50, shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

• Digital Items: Digital gift cards do not contribute toward shipping weight or shipping costs, as they are delivered electronically.

Delivery Expectations

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• While we strive to meet our 48-hour processing window, please note that carrier delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors like weather or seasonal high volumes.

Local Pickup

• If you have selected local pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection with further instructions.
